On Friday the year 7&8 went to the ice skating rink in Dunedin. First we did curling what is very fun to play if you get it. I got the stone into the house on the ground. Next we did ice skating I have gone before by I had forgot how to. I go the hang of it in end. I could go faster with a thing you can push in front off you. If you have not gone curling or ice skating you should.

Last weekend I went on a rugby tournament to Wanaka. The first game we were playing Alexandra and we lost there wingers were very fast. They did not lost a game but they lost in the final. We were the team that scored the most points against them. The next game we lost but it was closer. We lost all our games but I was happy we scored the most against Alexandra.

Last week the year 7&8 went to ois. I was in food the first day we made quiches I thought all of my food would be very bad. It came out alright when it was ready.  The next day we made small cakes and we tried new flavor. On the last day we made sushi I did not wont to roll it because I did not want to stuff up. But it did ended up good.

A learning conference is when me and my parent come to school and talk about my learning.I felt good about sharing my learning with my parents as will I feel good about my learning. I need to work on my explanation  writing by answering the question. I am happy about my 100 club because I got 100 3 times in a row.

Marty Mckenzie is 27 years old his birthday is the 14 of August 1992 he has a brother called Damian Mckenzie. He has played for the chiefs from 2015 and he has been in the Moari All Blacks for 3 years in a row.Marty Mckenzie went to Gore high school then Christ’s Collage.                                           

I want to go to Canada so I can see Niagara falls and much more. Canada’s population is 37.59 million in 2019.Canada’s most popular sport is ice hockey next Lacrosse and soccer. The top 5 languages speak in Canada English, French , Mandarin ,Cantonese and Punjabi.Calgary stampede is a type of rodeo in Canada. Canada’s prime minister is Justin Trudeau.

On the first Saturday of the holiday we drove to Queenstown for our pops 70th birthday then I when to grandma and pops house. I biked round to my cousins house and biked around Tapanui . We biked to the creek it we going fast because it was raining the day before . The next day we drove to the rugby it was a close game . When I got home we had got a puppy I was so happy it was so cute.

Term two as been in interesting . My favourite thing this term is doing the so much depends because I like choosing what it can write . I also like the flexi time because I can choose what I do first and we have to mange our time and you have to use your time wisely. Youth town was very fun I learnt a lot of new games

What I like about winter is the cold morning and going on the farm with dad in  the tractor. I all so like crashing the ice in the trough and the ice is hard. I like playing all the sports in the winter I play rugby , basketball and hockey.
