3. I am good at cricket and I play for North Otago an also a bowler
4. My favorite bowler is Lockie Ferguson and batter is Colin Munro
5. My favorite basketball player is Seth Curry
6. My favorite rugby player is Damian Mckenzie
7. I play touch and I am alright at it.
8. I am good at math at school
9. I support the chiefs in rugby                                             
10. I ride my motorbike down near the river because there are a lot of track.

A growth mindset it is important to my because I can’t give up when I am batting at cricket. I also need one at school when we are doing work and I don’t give up when it gets hard.  I need a growth mindset when I am riding on the trail ride. I also need one when I am playing all my sports that I am play this year. I had a growth mindset when we were doing the test at the start of the year because I didn’t know the answer but I kept trying until I got the answer.

One day I was riding my yellow bike down the road and a truck almost hit me. It didn’t hit me because I turned off the road and it lead me to an old coal mine. I saw that there were security cameras and there was a trail but my bike wouldn’t fit, so I attached it to a power pole. The mine was light until about 2 km in and I went in until it had a fence so I jumped it. There was no trail so I just walked to the side and stayed there. I was stuck there.

You got picked to play for North Otago

In the Central South Island cricket tournament?

You had a three day tournament  

At Timura, Waihi and Weston.

That was summer.

 

Remember that time 

Your team chose to bat

And you had to bat at 4th

But you hate batting?

Remember once you got out there you felt good 

Because you hit a four 

But you were angry when you got out 

Because you tried to get some more runs by hitting another four 

So your team could get the runs going? 

That was summer

 

Remember that time 

Your team went out to bowl

And you were bowling and the batter nicked it 

But the wicket keeper dropped it? 

And then a couple of balls later the 

Ball just bounced over the wickets

And when you were fielding out on the boundary 

And you didn’t want to mess up 

Because the ball would go over the boundary?

 

That was summer

I am looking forward to this years is the trail ride because I am going to ride on it. I am excited for camp this year at Boyle river camp and all the year 8 days this year. I am looking forward to the cricket I am going to play.  I am also playing basketball and going to try and win the composition again for two years in a row. I am excited to go to high school at the end of the school.
